How to fix Parrot Drone that won't charge or turn on

Here's how to fix your Parrot Drone if it won't turn on or charge.
Steps (Text instructions)
1. Unplug the drone from the charging cable.
2. Take out the battery.
3. Plug the charging cable to the spider and then to the computer. The eyes of the spider will turn on.
4. Put the battery in the spider while the spider is plugged to the computer.
5. The battery will start charging again.

You must be fast ... when they are both RED ... you put the battery inside ... after that there is 1 green 1 red ... and then shut down and only 1 is very low red

Didn't work for me but I appreciate knowing what you've shared. I found that neither of my batteries would charge and one I purchased new off of eBay was swollen. The other, that came with the drone doesn't have the swelling, but won't charge. I purchased everything new in 2022. The rolling spider was new from a seller on Amazon. Now on a hunt to find a newly manufactured battery that is compatible. Again, thanks for posting as I may need this knowledge. 👍👍

i got it. Dont remove the whole battery, just the necessary to dont make contact with metal thing. once you connect the cable to the computer, please complete inserting the battery as fast as you can and the eyes will stay red and then will charge.

I tried this and still no charging:(I did plug it in the wall before putting the battery back,but once I put the battery back everything shut down. I even purchased another battery thinking it could be the battery the problem.

@@EXCALIBUR40 If your lights go out when you plug the battery in, here's what to do: When you plug. The charger into your drone, wait for the lights of the drone to go both red, then 1 green and 1 red, and then both of the lights should go out, then put in your battery with the charger still plugged in, after some minutes, one of the lights should light up and the light would be dark red, and now it's charging.
