  • Hey! I hope you're having a great day today.
    Sometimes when I make these videos, I fly off the seat of my pants. I have no plan, no script, just how I'm currently feeling and my thoughts. However, from time to time, those moments of self talk and reflection are the best for bringing out some ideas under pressure. It really gives me a lot to think about!

    I'm back, who knows for how long... but I really want to make a strong effort to keep this series going. I need to help myself to be the best version of myself. I hope this Mental Health Journal pushes me out of my comfort zone to actualize my full potential.
    I know we're all going/ have gone through something in our lives where we feel super down on ourselves. I want to share my experiences and stories to maybe help someone going through the same things.
    Stick around for the ride! If not, no hard feelings. I'm doing this for myself mostly... So I can be better and be the best version of myself!
