    I been training this way for awhile now - circuit/superset style - and I feel it does enhance my riding.
    With warm ups my workouts last almost 90 minutes! I'd love to get it down to 45! However, I do feel guilty if I cut it short. Lately I been experimenting with resting less, rest until I catch my breath. This does shorten my workouts.
    As far as exercises go, I think the biggest impact an exercise made on my riding is the Bulgarian Split squat ( other unilateral movements also helped). I feel like it added some power to my climbs.

    That looks like a killer workout. When I rode mx I would do squats on my bike. Never touched the seat. It kept it fun being on the bike during a workout. I called them "POPS". Just thought I would share.
