Super lesson. I’m really seeing the importance of triads. I’m trying to learn u2 unknown caller and I’m beginning to see that Edge uses this movement between triads. No to practice them😀
Great lesson on Triads. This is what I’m currently trying to learn so it’s perfect for me. I’ve just joined the School with membership pending. Cheers Gary
Hi there, I’m trying to join the Skool and it keeps coming up as Membership Pending. Is this suppose to be like this? Not sure if I’m doing something wrong? Cheers
Man i know my scales and i sound pretty good when going up and down the neck when playing with a backing track..I also know the triads and when i add them to my playing i kinda makes me sound like shit..Do i just keep going and eventually it will work for me?
It’s all about the chords! 🎉
I learned this first then scales later. At first my playing was too chord based, and it took a while to loosen it up with non-chord tomes.
I can imagine David Gilmore learning these triads and thinking, "blimey that sounds good“. And years later we hear the result 😂
Such a handy lesson!!! Stepping it out like this is sooooo cool!!! Thank you 🙏🕊️✨🎸💥👍

Are you playing the a major scale over that........im thinking b minor and e are contained within the A major scale
Yeah, I’m only playing the A major scale. You can get a lot of different sounds only using the major scale.
Thanks for that........im learni g to solo melodically and learning a lot from your lessons.........big thanks Paul from Ireland
More complicated than scales though 😵💫
