I was born in Kenya in 1955 and left in 1969. I have always considered it my mother country. At the time this country was among the world's top countries for coffre, tea and wheat production. Tea is still there but I hope the country will invest more in agriculture
About half of the flowers sold in Holland's Flower Exchange come from commercial flower production in Kenya. Lake Nakuru Flamingos and the Rift Valley Wildebeast migration is also an annual tourist attraction.
