I put the crabgrass pre emergent down once usually around the last week of march. For my lawn I don’t have a problem with a lot of crabgrass come summer. If I do it’s very little and I just treat it or pull it at that time. I suppose if you know you’re going to have a huge issue with crabgrass then yes I would put it down twice.

U don’t put pre-emergent twice in the spring? I heard u are suppose to do it between 50-55 degrees and again at 65-70 degrees.
