One of my fav guitars that Fender has put out in recent memory. Just a fantastic instrument from top to bottom.

For some reason I think rosewood boards with painted head sticks look cool but maple necks with painted head sticks look terrible idk why haha

@@tracey1438 similar for sure, but I agree with others that it’s Hard Place by H.E.R.
There's a really long video on this guitar from Fender themselves and they don't properly catch that rainbow artifact once like you've done here at 1:37 and then like six more times. And the paint is one of the main points of this guitar! I love this thing's vibe. Thanks for giving it a proper go.
Mike that was great as usual my friend, I just got my 1960s reissue today the order came in from fender and my 65 deluxe reverb amp. Me happy although I would of rather bought it from Norms AKA you . Bobbie Clark not the hockey player !!!! LOL

around segment 1130 sounds a lot like Mark Knoffler of Dire Straits guitar type of sound and playing sound s great thanks for sharing Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and take care.

Fender is doing such a great job keeping guitars in the hands of young people. Gibson is still trying to sell guitars off 60/70/80s nostalgia. Fender is selling guitars to teens and younger adults.

You totally got the sound right. Clean with go on forever reverb. Those dreamy licks. It’s like following after a young BB King.

I don’t mean to be negative but really how many different signature Strats can you really have? The main recipe for a Strat was all in place in 1954. You can have different neck shapes, electronics but that’s basically it. They will all be the same basic thing. 🤷♂️

Great playing. But man, I do not dig this strat at all. Love the color. But maple neck with painted headstock is horrendously ugly. And noiseless pickups to top it all off. Not my cup of tea.

Didn’t know who she was until I researched it.
I love the rock/blues episodes more but cmon man we get 100s of those. Nothing wrong with changing it up for a single episode every now and then. Not to mention Lemmo still turned this into a pretty stellar episode as always
First of all, she can play. Second of all, she can sing. And if she can manage to put the guitar back into today’s computerized, pre-fab-assembled pop music, that’ll be a good thing.
