Looking very sporting, complementing you’re new do....and clean shaven look it’s very impressive. 👍 This fake Rolex shortage isn’t going to last when people aren’t working, showing off a time piece costing thousands isn’t going to matter. Older models are first to get a hair cut, I’m predicting they’ll be the first to over saturate the supply market. Not a concern for anyone that just bought because they love there time piece. Flippers are going to get shorted, just like the stock market.

Im not a Rolex fan, but I like to watch the foolishness of the Rolex aficionados as they talk about pricing and such. Obviously this shit is priced way beyond reason but the income is used by Rolex to sponsor very high-end sporting events and such. The senior people at Rolex love hanging out at these events and rubbing shoulders with famous people. Someone is the chump in all this and I believe its the Rolex customers.

Are Speedmaster Pro’s cheap? I notice many Japanese shops on Ebay and Chrono24 are from Nakano. I’m sure these shops sell online as well.
Watches that sit for a bit in their stores get posted online, most have their own websites in addition to chrono, ebay, rakuten, yahoo listings.
I bought a speedy sapphire sandwich from TWC, shown in the video. Paid £3100 brand new.
that daytona with white dial was 25,473.00 ...giving it way... haha that was funny... for a minute i thought u were serious... even with economy i dont think world prices will change much if at all... i think the watch industry knows that once we have this thing under control the world economy will boom... so why give a huge discount now when a couple months will be right back to business../
NHK says the gov wants people to realize themselves why they need to stay at home more. With the increase in covid cases, the Tokyo area is onthe verge of a gov lockdown. The businesses are going hermatile. The Rolex ads will let loose of their stuff. My suggestion to Austin, while he is banging around town, is to leave his contact info at the ad. They might call soon!

If that happens there won't be any shipments coming to the AD's and then don't have "stuff" to let loose of. The sought after stuff will always have buyers.

The one thing that will stop flippers... is to stop buying pieces above retail..all the time there are stupid people paying above MSRP there will be flippers...
How it really works is they are clever enough to make the public think the savings are small. But in reality they are selling privately for a LOT less .This is to "protect the market" from crashing ,which it IS .

I think the US is probably a little cheaper. But the examples are nicer here, and there's a much better selection. Because tourists don''t have to pay sales tax, it probably works out to be cheaper on certain pieces.

I always go to Tokyo yearly to watch shop in this area. Best place to go in Tokyo. Might not this year with everything going on but hopefully I bump into you there in the future! I actually came across at Batgirl there in December going for 12.8k USD.

We've still got a ways to go before the Rolex gray market truly resonates with the current global economic status.
In the past, TWC would have loads of GMT's but today they only put out a few to give the illusion of scarcity so that they can keep the prices inflated.

Thanks BB - I'd really like to see the OP 36 and 39 next to each other. I used to be sold on the 36, but I'm not so sure now. These have been underappreciated watches for awhile now and, at least hear in Japan, that seems to be changing.
