As you have left now, make a claim of abuse and discrimination in the workplace, there is so much video evidence. He will demonise and psychologically abuse the next person, he needs to be stopped, he is a common bully.

he will soon realize the only thing driving a hgv has over a outside trade is you don't get rained of,he would be far better of driving part time three days a week and getting himself a van and few tools and taking what he has learned and working for himself and then slowly jacking in the driving as his business builds we all started somewhere,anyway good luck Brad 👍
