    Catching up on past videos and was very interested in making the paper and lace beads. Thanks for the great demo and all the ideas to make them so unique and beautiful. Love the different materials--paper and lace. Is there any special type of paper you need to use to make the beads or just scrapbooking paper? More fun for 2024! Thanks so much!

    Hand care is very important to avoid vsrious, painful conditions developing.
    The inflammation is dietary and overuse. Inflamation is the swelling and be throughout the body.
    You can read online about 'insulin resistance.' Insulin resistance develops over years of consuming starches and sugars. A pasta meal metabolizes like eating a plate full of candy bars. Starchy foods that metabolize like candy are: wheat flours, peas, corn, carrots, rice, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. A diet of these is like a fiet of candy in that these metabolize immediately to sugar. Pancreatic Beta cells get killed from the sugar spikes resulting from meals people rxpect to be healthy. By the time people get fisgnosed eith diabetes, half of the Pancreatic Beta cells are dead. They do not heal. They do not grow back. The body then has increased difficulty managing sugar and starches.
    In the past, when oeoplecate over the winter the vegestables and fruits that they could store in cold basements, these traditional foods prevented starvation, and people used up the calories each day.
    In our time, we have plenty. We also don't use up all the calories we rat each day. Our cells store as much as they can. Then the sugar gets left in the blood to circulate and build up. The kidneys pull out as much as they can, and that much sugar gets discarded into sweet urine.
    Two common foods help. Chamomile tea is an anti-inflamatory. With daily consumption of camomile tea, the body becomes less puffy. This is not a diaretic. It does not dehydrate the body snd cause weight loss. I lost a shie duze and a half in a year without weight loss. In 3 years, a very painful arm condition stopped hurting. I was told my a doecialist physician that the body had been storing eater inside the tendon sheath to protect the tendon, and that the tendon sheath swelling had produced the pain. You can consult your own medical team for hand and arm pain from overuse, if that usxa problem. Avoiding the problem is best.
    The other common food is ground cinnamon. Cinnamon is a duretic. Cinnamon changes the way the body processes sugars. I lost 30 pounds in about 14 weeks without intending to. I started drinking a tea made of 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon brought to a boil in water. I made no other dietary changes during that winter from January to April. My physician told me that losing more than a pound a week can be unhealthy.
    My blood sugar dramatically improved during those 3 1/2 months.
    My experience is that I am able to maontain a normal blood sugar and stable weight by consuming about 3 teaspoons of cinnamon a week. I add it to warm water or cold water 1 to 3 days a week, depending on whether I eat any fruit or not.
    About 30% of older Americans experience in continence. In some, this is the body forcing sugary urine out of the body. Cinnamon can reduce urinary urgency.
    All health concerns ought to be duscussed with healthcare professionals. The management of diet and sugars is the speciality of degreed dieticians and degreed nutritionists in the USA. Medicare includes nutritionists.
    I am no kind of healthcare provider. I am a PhD educated researcher with post-doc training. The above is for educational purposes only.
    Hand health care is the speciality of some M.D. orthopedists and some M.D. plastic surgeons.
    British researchers have duscovered only a few years ago that one specific microbe in the intestines is present in people who are unable to lose weight by dieting. The researchers discovered that people who can lose weight dieting don't have this one microbe in their intestines.
    The British researchers have the theory that the one microbe is able to create calories inside people to feed them during famine. Their clinical experiment included people from all over the world living in England. For that reason, the British researchers have the theory that about half the world's population has this microbe in the intestines and about half the world's population doesn't.
    Puffiness is not a self indulgence problem. It is an educational issue that can be managed. Many more people can have the shape they want when the research is more widely available to the public.
    My apologies fir intruding hand health into your comment section. You do absolutely beautiful work. I wish you a long and happy life making art.

    I just ran across your lace bead jewelry. It is so unique . I love the pearls, the gliz all of it. Have you made any earrings to match yet. Just when I think I've seen it all I get the bug to try another creation. How much do you usually sell these items for. Keep bringing it. Look forward to your next ideas.

      @bsueboutiques  4 місяці тому

      We have over 544 videos at the bsueboutiques channel here at UA-cam and all sorts of applications, mixed media, beading, assemblage. I did sell this piece quickly and while I don't like to say how much when people ask, it's usually more than they guess. ;-) Haven't tried earrings yet but you could try them with the small wooden spools and tiny tassels....could be really nice.

    The concept is wonderful..just wish you would have shown how to do the cluster pearl beads that you originally showed in the beginning as if that was going to be the construction and demo.

    • @bsueboutiques
      @bsueboutiques  10 місяців тому

      Hi Anni, I'm sorry if you felt mislead, many apologies. It's pretty simple, though. These are just pearls on looped eyepins. All you do is string them and they find their own place as you put them on the wire pin in the center, and they will form what appears to be a cluster. ;-) I do my best with the videos, they are all free instruction. At the same time I understand the viewer is investing time. Leaving anything out that you expected was not intentional, but really the video was about making the beads rather than the tassel: I was showing what you could make if you wanted. Sometime I will take this apart and make a new video to show you how I put the tassel together. Thanks for watching!
