I just got the Klare in black and signature canvas, but i found the chain to be quite noisy when worn as a crossbody and i feel like the chain is grinding on the hoops which are damaging it. I'm worried the hoop and the chain would keep scratching on each other and not sure how long it would hold, do you have the same issue?? Personally i like to wear crossbody bags over on the shoulder so i'm not sure if i can just wear this as a crossbody without getting concerned. Sorry its sort of my first coach(expensive) bag and maybe im just overthinking it..
I would agree. The chain does make some noise. I switch up my bags a bit, but in other reviews - I've heard people discuss wear and tear on the straps. Thank you for your comment, Zoe zee
