- Quarantine got to me and I decided to order from the online Coach New York Factory (Outlet) and got the Klare Crossbody for $149 + tax instead of $350. I ordered it in the color chalk, but I linked several other colors below. In this video I talk about shipping speed and handling, the authenticity, and what I think of the overall purse! That is definitely a coach outlet box, and their packing is superior to Louis Vuitton that I’ve bought so many things from. You don’t even get stuffing in the LV package, they have everything floating around. The coach leather bags never die! The leather is phenomenal! Fabulous quality, great customer service, great zipper, great everything.
You are SO right. I am figuring that out so quick. Coach is practically timeless. Such great quality and I never worry about scuffs and having to be super careful. I'm so happy with it!!

I have this bag!! The white is so elegant. I Definitely suggest getting a cleaner cause white gets dirty fast but over all it’s a beautiful bag!!

when you order from coach outlet how long does it take to receive the shipping confirmation??
@@nazan33n it takes about a day or two. And to get my order it's about 2 weeks. But so worth the wait!

I just started shopping at the Coach outlet in the last month. I have gotten four bags, a card case, and wristlet. I love everything I have gotten. My items were delivered about a week after ordering them.

I don't buy purses from outlet because they use cheaper materials than retail stores. The packaging from Coach online is so superior over Coach Outlet. The experience is cheap to me at the outlet and my wallets and small that I did order from outlet didn't last long. I just don't like shopping at outlet where everyone is buying the same bag.

I just ordered a gift from Coach outlet for my friend birthday. I was unsure of how it would look coming in the mail. As she lives in another state.
I thought it would come in a nicer box. It just makes it a lot more exciting to unbox. Anyways cute bag.
They definitely do have cute bags but I agree - I wish the packaging was up to par for the price we're paying!

Beautiful! I got this bag in linear quilted chalk. I was so impressed by the outlet quality. The leather is so buttery soft. I don’t know if all of their outlet items are as high of quality but I think we scored some nice finds! I haven’t shopped coach retail or outlet in a long time and have been a die hard RM fan. I hope you are still enjoying this bag!

I agree their bags should come with dust bags, I called when I received my bag to confirm if it was missing one. 😅 I think if a brand like Guess clothing can give a dust bag for their handbags over $100 so can coach outlet. I've bought Coach before but not from the outlet so I didn't realize. Your Klare bag is really cute and I'm thinking I might grab it as well. I just got the Town bucket bag. Thanks for sharing!

I work for the coach outlet and yes it’s LEGIT yes it’s COACH no it’s not fake! Lol it’s just an outlet store like Nike has an outlet too, north face etc. I love love love their bags wallets etc I get all my bags/ wallets there never had any issues.

I’ve read so many horror stories/reviews regarding coach outlet’s online ordering process. I ordered before reading the reviews and was afraid that I will never receive my bag 😱😥 but after watching this, I have hope, lol.

Yes you can! It doesn't have a zipper so it's a little risky but if you keep the purse clasped then you should be totally fine!

@@JI-13 did you know that coach outlet did not accept any payment made from non usa credit card or paypal ? Some of d people said, the payment will be refunded back to your account within few days. Hopefully 😭

I ordered from them about two and a half weeks ago. Still patiently waiting for my items to arrive. They are coming from fl and im in ms. I ordered a wallet and a bag. They shipped the wallet first but apparently had some kind of mix up at the post office and it was sent to the wrong city. And my bag was on back order. I never heard anything about it shipping I finally had to call customer service to find out that it had shipped and to get my tracking info which was kinda annoying. But I should be receiving both packages this week hopefully and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm happy with my purchases because I would like to order a few more things despite the wait.

Coach outlet online was only public in the recent few months. Used to be invite only, so there were also a lot of scam sites out there. Which is probably what the bad reviews you found were from :)

I ordered last year and it was shipped in a coach branded box and dust bag. I think someone must have switched your packaging or something.

Coach used to give the dust bags at the outlet but they don’t do it anymore. The retail store doesn’t give dust bags for wallets either.

Girl you’re not asking for too much when it comes to better packaging. let me tell you mines came in a yellow envelope that’s it! I thought it was my amazon order but no it was my coach purse. I ordered the Serena satchel and I cannot believe they tossed it in a yellow envelop. You got lucky yours came in a box and in a plastic bag mines had no protection. The bag was squished I just returned it. Not worth paying over $100 if it’s gonna get to me looking like a basic amazon order.

UPS didn't pack your box. Coach did. Don't have a problem with the Courier. Have a problem with the sender. Bag is cute. And you got a new Bag. Not a return.
Never considered returning it. I was just surprised that Coach didn't pay the box well. Many comments had the same issue. Never an issue with UPS.

Are these bags real?. I heard they are fake bags?.
They’re authentic!! Someone told me originally there were a lot of fake sites but coach recently bought the online store and only puts authentic products up now! So it’s fun by Coach directly!
If you purchase them coachoutlet.com all bags are real i did purchase all my bags this website
couch outlet would not sell fake bags unless you are on a scam website. Its just out seasoned bags discounted
I thought that too but Coach makes bags expressly for the outlet, usually they are similar but not identical to boutique bags. Currently the Georgie bag at the outlet is the less expensive version of the Tabby. They also have their own bags that are exclusive to the outlet. In the Coach Reserve section is where you can find boutique bags that are being discontinued. I saw a video from a girl who used to work for Coach so that's how I know.
