Aww, thank you lovely. It feels good to be back for sure! Hehe, I will always try to save the bees... they're so important. They're loving our lavender plants right now; every time I look at it, there's at least 4 or 5 bees on it 😀💖

Hi, Justine. You might have more energy after lunch because you had something with protein? It depends on what you eat for breakfast of course. I'm on a new protein kick; I'm trying to make sure I have a sufficient amount at each meal. Yes, more belly bands are good. Start neutral; you can always add. color with a bit of water color or spray later to match the project.😊 The fly might have been attracted to your light. If the window is the brightest spot in the room, it will probably go out there. ☀️ The new routine is great! See you next time.❤
Very true - I try to eat a fair amount of protein too. It suits my body way more than carbs lol 😅 I'm glad you're liking the new schedule - it's keeping me on track too, which I'm very happy about 🤩💖
