Yikes, the house looks like a prison from the outside with the barbed wire and razor wire on top of the walls? What's the neighborhood like? The house inside very nice but is it worth $700K?

Virtually every single family residence in Mexico has either barbed wire or electrical fencing . And yes, $700K for 5 Br in PV is very reasonable. Unfortunately, it is a really pricey market
