It might be. I lived in SMA two and a half years. The Gringo community is very strong in fund raising for the library promoting that they are doing it for the Mexican population. But it’s almost entirely for the gringos. It’s horribly sad to see the immense English library and the tiny dark rooms of a few books for the Mexicans. It made me very ashamed of being a gringo there.
