Lol I'm building a Jesse James West Coast Choppers bicycle conversion project right now with the rear wheel from one of these out on it and and a stage 3 built predator 212cc. Took pedals and crank right out cut out the crank mount and re welded frame back to one piece
I'm from Brazil and I have a Schwinn Stingray original chopper from the factory, I just changed the rear tire and I'm going to do a complete overhaul on the bike! I liked your project !!! is the engine an 80cc?
I want to build a tillitson fed .E.C. carbs hl380 Dominator carbs 212 predator w flat top piston and .20 long rod with a dyno cams 356lift 33lb dual v/springs n cam with stainless 32/30mm over sized valves, with the 1.75lb aluminum flywheel from Arc racing on it. Allowing the the motor to be capable of reaching 9,7-9'800 rpms making 25-30 HP and isn't rpm acceleration and top end horsepower..
@@claudiosaccordlife2110 Buuuuuttttt I might turn it electric cause less of a hassle with a hub motor. I woulda preferred a sting like yours but im 120 for the Red west coast was too hard to pass up
@@claudiosaccordlife2110 And btw I was wondering where you got them 20 inch disk front disk brake and the forks that supports the calibres. Please and thank you!

I had 80cc on beach cruiser. It was very problematic. Also I can tell you are inexperienced biker, pick your feet up and never dangle them, that's sure fire way to break a foot or ankles .Just giving you heads up, broken bones hurt bruh
@jesusgutierrezgarcia1449 needs to be drilled, use the brake disc to mark we're you make the holes, then bolt the disc to the wheels , you may need to use spacers to put the disc in the right distance to line up with the brake caliper
Ja aint it the truth. Made one of these about 6 years ago (still got it). Heavy bikes but look great ratted out. I try to ease off it at around 30-35 as shit starts breaking. I cut my exhaust off right at the muffler and i dont think even with the muffler or an extension i was going to get much more out of that engine. Nice build though i like the look you went with.
And that's entirely inaccurate... 2 stroke motors like being revved and don't like sitting at a constant Rpm such as idle... that's why 2 strokes rev before starting to let the clutch up.... not trying to be a dick.. Just sharing info so you know in the future
@@thehappyotter2925 Yeah to guys like him. He can probably buy the same engine for CHEAP and most likely build it up again within a day. They’re stupid easy to put together. I’m stuck in doing the brakes lolol
Just bought this same bike and engine kit cuz u inspired Me 😇
Appreciate 🙏
Hope you enjoy it
@@claudiosaccordlife2110 I did it’s fun I use it for door dash and Uber eats delivery 😇
@fazedubzofficial 😎 🆒️
Fucking love it I'm working on building me one I'm going to put a 100cc motor on it
Thanks, hope you get it done ✔👍

go for the predator 212cc , it’s like $300 and a fuck ton of power for stuff like this
If your buying one of those Chinese motor kits that say 100cc it’s not 100cc it’s actually alot closer to 60cc I bought one too
NOT SAY SWEAR WORD
Awesome bike! 👍 I honestly thought you were going to roast that rear tire, lol. 😂😂

Sim o motor é 80cc
Did you complete it?
Get the phantom 85 u won't regret it at all. Way meaner. It's just like a 2 stroke dirtbike
I'll bet you that holds its value better than an OCC Chopper

Use a thumb acceleration to ur spring loaded accumulatator. Nice bike
I just built and sold one. But I switched to a 79 Predator. This is a heavy ass bike and a bitch to pedal.
its not that heavy
@@Shadow-js2yn its real heavy I've got one
Just curious how much did you sell it for
I find my current e-bike build to be far heavier to lift with the magnet hub motor plus the battery.
It’s like 80 to 100 pounds easily.
@tristannantista9616 I sold mine for 350$ 2 bike one with the motor and other without the motor
Zajebisty 👍😃
Your back tire is flat. You need to let those engines warm up properly. Is that a cheapo Dolly or a Zeda 80?
I’m about to get my hands on a west coast chopper bicycle and gonna throw on a 100cc on it baby!
Good choice buddy

Awesome. Heads up running a straight pipe on a 2 stroke isn't very good on it. If you want to be loud and fast get an expansion chamber
Nice looking bike!
Thanks ☝️
Love those handlebars, where did you buy them from
Ebay buddy
For cheap
Liked ur build so much. Do you have any guide because I want to build one.
Sorry I don't, but is pretty easy to build something like this.
Good luck with the Build
Hell yea just ordered mine
I sold it!!
Wht kit did u use? and whered you get the mounting for it?

That's my brother riding it.
You right he wasn't doing a good job 🤣😅
Awesome build!😎👍🏻
Thank you buddy
Bro how did u put the disc on the front?
You have to weld a backet to the fork
Is to do, but takes times..
Cool as shit dude
Thank you
Sounds like it needs bigger jets
Nice work . what's your top speed on it ?
30++ mph
you need to put an expansion pipe on the exhaust making no power right now without one
So a longer exhaust on these will give it more power?
You should put a smaller sprocket on it
Thanks for the feedback.
Putting a predator 420cc on this frame. Probably gonna have to register it 😂
I no longer have it,
I got a 2023 suzuki drz400 SM
Stay tune 🙏😊
lol 420cc? hope you don't snap the frame. Be careful
Sounds so similar to a chainsaw
Yeah, instead of having a bell, you just yell "Timber!!", lol. 😂😂
But that's what many 2 stroke engines sound like. 😉

Thanks ☝️
Bro you’re losing compression without the muffler
Huh
Where did you get that seat? I want one for my bicycle
I made it
Bro how do you put that disc brake in the front?
You need to weld a bracket to the fork
How did u put the disc brake in the rim?
@jesusgutierrezgarcia1449 needs to be drilled, use the brake disc to mark we're you make the holes, then bolt the disc to the wheels , you may need to use spacers to put the disc in the right distance to line up with the brake caliper

What's the max speed on that thing?
30 to 35 mph
