This video brings back good memories of my young adult life there in NYC. Every place has its challenges, and most places in this country have been super challenged over the past 3 years with increased crime, displaced folks living on the streets, struggling economies, etc. Soho has always been (since the 70s at least), for the most part, a place for more fashionable people with some money. Looks like it still is. Thanks for this video AK!
In the Netherlands we also have black Friday. Blown over from the states ;-). Although I don't really find the price drop spectacular in the Netherlands. I can still remember images from New York, in which people really fought over a television, for example.
I enjoyed seeing the winter fashion on the streets. 😃 It was lively in SoHo, and a good amount of people were out walking/shopping on Black Friday. Thank you for sharing, AK! 🤗
The winter holiday season is my favorite time to experience the streets of NYC. Enjoyed traveling there through your camera today! Thanks for the great tour 😍❄❄
Discounts always draws the crowds especially the big discounts , so it’s not surprise that people wants to save some money 😎Great chance for the customers and to the store owners , win win situation for sure , thank you for sharing A K 🙂👍
Wow alot a people out on Black Friday. Ever since covid I got use to online shopping so that's what I do more of avoid all those crowds. Thanks AK stay safe and warm out there.🙂
@actionkid I agree with you entirely! People seem to forget that. Thanks for the content and kindness. Wishing you much happiness and success my friend. Love & Light💛✨✨
Only, more people should wear a mouth-cap: not directly meant against covid, but normally against the 'cold' and flu. Especially indoors, and outdoors in crowds.
@@ActionKid Well, in my city Pau in the southwest of France the municipality has set up large containers buried in each neighborhood (so that the bags are not on the sidewalks) and the result is horrible and worse because it smells like garbage all the time and all years, much when the sun shine, in these places (residues stagnate and rot the buried containers)
You're surprised that with this economy and the police being powerless, less people are out shopping? When you got off the train a number of "youths" on Broadway were wearing masks but they didn't bother to cover their nose. Gee, I wonder what that's about 😂. Good luck NYC
If you hate it, why watch a video of it? I don't understand why people leave comments about hating a place. Yet love watching videos of it. It's like me not liking Utah or Wyoming or Kentucky, texas. Why would I watch a video of boring places I have no interest of and leaving comments about how much I dislike it. It's always people with a boring atmosphere that love to speak the most.
The sky to be seen at the end was very nice 👍.
Yes, a very pretty sky!
I have never seen a place so crowded in my life, every kind of person you can imagine.
How fun, I am enjoying while I am sitting on my couch. Happy shopping!
Love watching these videos in my cozy town home with ☕️. Just amazes me to see all these people roaming around a city. 😅 find it fascinating
lmao i am in nyc what exactly do you mean? where r u? w t heck lol this is my life
I appreciate it very much!
I love that you always give the date, time and temp. That should be the law on UA-cam videos. 😆Thank you for your videos. Happy holidays. 🎅
Much appreciated. Happy Holidays to you too!
Wow... amazing walk in New York ❤️
Thanks for watching
Thank you for this video from the live stream you did that night. The city craziness is (almost) back for the Black Friday!
You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, it’s so great to wake up and walk through the 🌆 City during Christmas without even leaving my home.
Thanks for watching!
Great video AK love seeing the people back in the city. You see this no where else in America but NYC.
Love your channel!
I grew up there. Feels like I'm there as you film. Thanks again 👌
It's also a Black Saturday for New York. Irene Cara passed away. Born in the Bronx. I was a big fan of the 'fame' series in the early 80's

Busy people in shopping, busy shops, busy roads, looking very happy to me 🙂 thanks for sharing.
New york is definitely coming back. But haters are going to hate and complain and say it's not. Nice video AK🤷🏻♀️😁
New York has been gone since Diblasio destroyed the city
Thank you so much for watching
@@ActionKid 👍🏻
Let them hate. Let them stay home. More for us to enjoy. Living a life of fear is not living.
@@michaelchin3550 Agreed 👌🏼

Bargain hunting in NYC looking is pretty chilled AK great walking with you.

Hey AK! What's up? Yeah ,the SOHO is the best !!!
Looks a lot like Tokyo. This is a compliment.
I love this video. :)
Where are the best sales? Curious even though I don’t think we need more stuff
The best sales are for the items and services which are most meaningful for your personal needs
This is really helpful for my situation I think for people to talk all this good about him he must be an expert,

Is there a Roots store in New York, I wonder? If there's a Canada Goose, there _must_ be a Roots.

Merci pour ce video !
How come there’s so many New York videos again? Didn’t you move to Florida?
Just because someone moves don't mean that they cannot revisit for the holidays. 🤔 AK travels the world and makes videos.
Did you move back to NYC?
No
Lots of people but very few leaving the stores with packages
❤❤❤

I hate this, huge crowds and consumerism 😣
So much trashes and dirt by the luxe shops
New York is a dirty city, not going to deny that

NYC is a vibrant city with so much. It is Ike any city challenging yet you see millions enjoying a full wonderful life. We are aware of each other.

I’m sorry but I hate New York. I hate the politics, the taxes, the arrogance, high rent. Everything about it. Sorry.
Forr me it's rent
nyc people hate the nyc politics. we are not a blue state... it's all been a lie
Cool we are allowed opinions
A walking tour of Mayberry may provide you with pure pleasure.
