1:07:24 - you wouldn't bid 2S here because after doubling that would show a weak hand with about 6 spades - the bidding could go 3C - 3S - then a special bid of 5S would indicate we probably have everything but we have 2 losers in diamonds - east if they are brave can then bid 7S with a void in diamonds.

Regarding the deal at the end:
    Why is 3C forcing?
    1C - 2D - X - P -
    2H - P - 3C(?)
How would you bid a hand with 10-11 points and the same shape differently so you don't get too high? (and assume east might not have 4 Spades)
And if 3C is not forcing that kind of bidding looks like it has a similar flaw to the one criticized. You might not reach the game with 29 combined HCP.

The first reason that 3 clubs is forcing is that Responder needs at least ten HCP to use a Negative double in this auction. He promises only ONE four-card major, so he needs to be able to bid 2NT or 3 of Partner’s minor. Either response means he needs enough to have a combined 23 HCP between the two hands.
Now, West may have four cards in each major; since West now knows that Partner MUST have four spades, he should show the spade suit. When West bids 3 spades, Responder can pass if he lacks extras. On this particular hand, West must either make a forcing bid or jump directly to 4 spades. (If West lacks both a four card spade suit and a diamond stopper, he bids 5 clubs. As I said on the video, finding six or seven spades requires considerable bidding skill).
