I have seen consulates in the US that are requiring as much as 4,500 euros per month passive income. Is this allowed? I can prove $3,600 per month but worry that my application will be rejected.

I also would like to ask a very specific question about DNA. My 1948 case is with other family members of Mine. My GGP's both born in Italy had My GF who was born before My GGF was Naturalized in 1906. My GP's had My Dad who was married to his first Wife and had a Son with her. During the marriage, he had a Daughter from another Woman who did not put my Dad's name on the BC and the Daughter was put up for Adoption. My Dad was legally Divorced from His first Wife and had Legally Married My Mom which I and My Half Brother are in the process of the 1948 Case together. All 3 of Us have taken 23and Me as well as Ancestry DNA and We All MAtch as Siblings. The ONLY connection that We All have in Common is My Dad. SInce We are in the Process of this and We have been confirmed to have unbroken lines but My Half Sister has one only due to Her Mother Not putting My Dad's Name on Her BC then could a situation like this be able to have a Case for using DNA for Citizenship if not Now but maybe in the Future since this is more common than uncommon? Besides being required to go through a Court in the US which could be a Lengthy and Costly process and involve the 3 of US who live in different parts of the US would be Extremely Inconvenient especially since where this would have to happen is the State that I'm located in and they are not.

If your spouse has a pension but you do not, but the spouse's pension (local govt) is double the 38k minimum for married couples and you both apply for the elective residency visa in a 7% flat tax region, would only the spouse be approved for the 7% flat tax?
