I agree that often people who think on a different spectrum than others are more susceptible to mental health issues. Why? Because they often have no one they are able to communicate to on that level leaving them feeling misunderstood, lonely, isolated and can lead to depression and other mental health issues. Love the podcast, most entertaining thing to watch in 2018 but i guess when you discuss serious things like mental health, it is always better to be well informed (at least to a certain degree). Mal saying that depression is not mental illness for example !! also labeling creative people "mentally ill' because of their different way of thinking is not accurate. Mental illness is not a prerequisite for creativity or being a genius. And you don't have to go manic and jump on a car, there are so many types of mental illness that reside in your mind "thoughts and feelings" and are harder to deal with than bi-polar or any disorder that has Mania in it. love joe , congrats on the engagement big homie
