Just spent countless hours researching sticks to buy. Bought 4 beast sticks to start. I TRUST and want to support guys like Dan Infalt. I believe he has the hunters heart and spirit at the forefront. Thanks Dan.
Just like the beast stand,,,i worked extra hours and bought a set of sticks to go with the stand. Love the attachment rod...thanks for offering these out...FYI My first mobile set up was a Baker climber....Times have changed!!
Fellow machinist. You are right on the money. People don’t realize what goes into quality. Used to China made mass production. Will get a set in the future. Use climbers down south on pines. Mainly private land. Really appreciate what you are doing for the sport. Hope you have an enjoyable season.
I'm using a hang on for the first time this year. I have the XOP sticks and Vanish stand. I love the XOP sticks but they get heavy. I also removed the buckle straps and went to the 8mm Rope Mod which works extremely well. Weight is always a problem when you hike 1 mile or more in the woods. I'm defiantly going to look into these sticks. for next season
That’s the problem right now, stocking enough inventory. It’s good to have a problem of being sold out but it also tells me they probably won’t be available or in stock until mid-late season. (That’s probably thinking optimistically). I’m waiting for Dan to release his stand and will decide what route I wanna go.
I believe he mentions in this video there should be some available in July? My guess is they'll be sound out again pretty fast. There are quite a few people waiting on them. I think he is releasing the info on the beast newsletter too.
I would like to buy a couple sets of four but the site still shows that none are available. Any word on when they will be available or who has them currently?
Yeah, price isn't an issue...I assure you once they get in stock they will be gone before most people can see they're in. I check 5-6 times a day, just to make sure I catch em. God I'd be ill if I miss out on this run!
The guy spitting sun flower seeds is not helping, very disrespectful and distracting and hurts this product spotlight. As for the climbing stix, I can appreciate the quality and thought process of a machinist designing these. Time well spent Dan.
I just found a set of 4 by Big Dog Hunting that look just like these and only cost $68 for the set of 4 (so $17 each instead of $80 each for the Beast Sticks)
The way he was talking about these sticks, I thought they would be 300 dollars or more. There only 95 dollars. That seems like an excellent price to me. My ice ax was 275 same concept light quite and kept you from slipping. Sold!
Hey Dan ...I love the stix ... But to I want to know more about those chairs your sitting in . Are the legs adjustable ? Who makes them ? where can I find them? Look them up. I’m looking for a lite weight chair with adjustable seat and legs got any suggestions please help me. I’m a older guy I hunt from a good size pop up ground blind . I hunt all types of terrains . Deep woods ; fields edges . Hill sides , valleys so a regular folding hunting chair never works .
Kinda like my diy sitdrag saddle, obviously a tethrd would be better, but hundreds of dollars better? Nah. Same with sticks. If it’s safe and works, I’ll stick with it until the price point comes down. They look awesome though.
There's definitely no shortage of climbing methods available and depending who you ask every person will have a different ultimate. I had a set of wildege steps but I personally didn't care for them because you are doing 5x the work and making more movement setting them up. I'd rather strap on 3 or 4 items vs 6 or 7. There are definitely a lot of guys who like strap on steps though!
These are not made for the average hunter or they wouldn’t be $80 each. I absolutely want the best gear I can get and I would love to have 3 or 4 of these, but I have to work 40 hours a week for a living and $320 is a good bit of money. I found a set of 4 steps on Amazon that are made by Big Dog Hunting and look just like these but they only cost $68 for the set of 4 (so $17 each instead of $80 each for the Beast Sticks)
It's nice t see that I am not the only person on the planet that is completely disappointed with the lack of robustness in "Consumer Grade" products. Many a time, I have wished I could pistol-whip a CEO for profiting heavily from less than worthy, flimsy products.
What the hell is the matter with that guy that keeps spitting? Does he have a medical condition? Anyway, I will definitely purchase the climbing sticks and stand when available. It looks to be the best design ever.
I get dans point comparing the cost of these sticks to the cost of a bow, but I’m the kind of guy who paid $150 for my bow and will use it for 10 years. Just don’t have that kind of disposable income. It’s hard enough to afford a good mobile stand, let alone pay MORE for the sticks to get up to it.

Great video Dan. Your thought to design and details are specific to the hunter’s need and are top notch above anything on the market.
What I really want is the Dan Infalt treestand
Guys, you made my day seeing my old HuntMore 360º Chairs being used in the interview!
They were perfect for the interview! 👊🏼

Dude on the right is a duck hunter, he had the same reaction as me when the ducks flew by

Best equipment I've ever used and hunts like a beast. I've got $1300 in my rig right now and werth every dollar
Love your channel. just wish your Beast Stix were more affordable.
I second that
@@sergiomuniz9242 I third it. They recently went up another $15 in price.
@@daynknight6654 forth that.
$100 per stick is absolutely asinine.

can you show how you pack them in on your tree stand like a lone wolf stand?
I would like to buy a couple sets of four but the site still shows that none are available. Any word on when they will be available or who has them currently?
Didn't discuss 1) the strap & buckle choice 2) the distance from the step to the tree 3) quiet/sound of them bumping together
www.huntingbeastgear.com/collections/climbing-sticks/products/1-pk-beast-climbing-stick-unassembled
Do they whistle when the wind blows across them?
I knew he was a machinist. I could just tell. Shoutout to all my blue collar guys out there!!
I love my Lone Wolf sticks with the rope mod..These are pretty sweet also..
How much does each of your LW sticks weigh after the mod ?
Dan is passionate about hunting, but it's obvious he's more than passionate about the sticks. It's like that when you put your name on something.
i'm 70 years old , like your design however i need a reduced step height,, can they be shortened ?
That would be a question for Dan, we don’t believe that is a current option.

All the luck in the world to ya Dan. Love to see ya retire from normal work and be able to turn out hunting related stuff 365.
$80 at launch now selling for $98 each

Great interview with alot of great points. Thanks for sharing this incredible product.
Can I use these steps and a lineman belt for getting up high and trimming my tree branches!? Thanks Kim
Kim Henriksen absolutely
What is the weight limit for them?
Scoop0065 they have a 300lb weight rating.
Really want these. Just can't swing 320 for 4. Not saying there not worth it. They would be my first choice.
Its just marketing. There are plenty of comparable sticks for 1/3 or less.
I just found a set of 4 by Big Dog Hunting that look just like these and only cost $68 for the set of 4 (so $17 each instead of $80 each for the Beast Sticks)
Glen, if they’re the ones I think you’re referring to they weigh 5.25 lbs each. That’s a lot of weight.
I’m not a rich man but my bills are paid, my family is fed and these sticks were a no brainer purchase.
When can we buy some!?
Have to watch until the end of the video! Haha
Dan said June/July

Yeah, if you only want to go 5’ up.
Four sticks will put you back $400, which is fckin crazy.
best stick money can buy i run one with 3 lone wolf sticks. gonna slowly transition to 4 beast sticks
how much for 4
You'll have to check the listing on the hunting best gear website listed in the show notes
Looks like $360 total. The sticks are $80 each ($160 for 2 pack) + $10 for each strap (sold separately)

My opinion is a lot of stuff on the market is not designed by hunters and is built cheap.
You wouldn't be wrong
So I am 5'11'' how high can I get in a tree ?? I know there isn't no way Having 3 sticks would get u 25' high.
I'd agree getting 25' with only 3 sticks is nearly impossible. Last year I ran 3 XOP sticks and can 18'. For reference I'm a long armed 6'1" haha
@@chadsyl23 I think I'll stick with my L.W. Climber
Monte Maguire nothing wrong with that!!
@@chadsyl23 the higher the better
Monte Maguire, make a foot aider. Mine tightens around my foot and loops around the top of my stick. It gains me 18” per stick.
The ultimate in mobile hunting is strap on steps not sticks

If they were made in the U.S. then i might be able to stomach $80 per stick. But to be made in China, that price is ridiculous.
Meanwhile guys will spend over a grand on a new bow every year or two. Sticks will last forever.
Just saw they released and went to buy them, out of stock within a month and a half.
Cliff Howard they have more coming in August. They always sell quick!
@@ExodusOutdoorGear thank you

Loved the interview and the videos but I have to be honest the constant spitting kept making me want to shut it off.
Amen! Disgusting. Couldn't hold back for 10-15 mins. Appaling to see on a interview.
Glad I wasn’t the only
One lol
god thats the softest thing iver ever heard.
You probably shouldn't be hunting and processing deer if spitting bothers you, really? Suck it up buttercup

Hawk heliums are $99 per 3 sticks when on sale, within a lb per stick, quieter, and almost always in stock. Just a no brainer here, sorry
river rat How are they quieter? That’s just plain false

Did he say, space age plastic!!?? Hahahha lol

Mike Mehevic thanks for the heads up that’s what I was wondering
Like PT Barnum said there’s one born every minute.
He is really proud of his sticks
Way too expensive!
@@montemaguire4596 Yea, he'll have a fanboy flurry and then the price will come down.
Monte Maguire for good reason
Shut up and take my money!😉👍
100$ a stick 🥴 you can get 4 lone wolfs for 200$
Whats up with the dude constantly spitting, Made me want to turn this video off!
