I watch your videos, silently. But I wanted to tell you I tried that Aunt Jackie Frizz patrol topped with Icy curls because of your recs, that is the most defined, soft and shiny wash and go. I’m a mousse wng girly because of my short taper cut. I wng every other day so I feel no need to really use gel for long lasting. However I did not like frizz patrol alone. But the icy curls on top is chefs kiss!!! You and your hair are always beautiful and you’re always such a lady. Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year!

Love your results. I need to order another jar and from looking back at my videos I used that same combo. I also tried the okra gel with the kinky curly not today leave-in. Your new foundation is the perfect match.
I used it for the 1st time after watching ur videos. I love the texture of the gel. My hair is short. I think i applied too much because my hair was kind of hard after it dried. I love the application of it.
It can take some time to figure out how much product your hair needs. I'd say, try again using less gel and more leave-in and you should get better results. Thanks for tuning in.

Hi Cynthia! You're welcome and I'm glad the video was helpful. I don't really look for a shine in my gels, so the fact that this gel did not give me artificial shine is okay with me. I like my hair to look like hair and look healthy. I mention shine because some gels make the hair look dull and gray, but this one does not. Now, to your question...some gels that give me shine are eco, aunt jackie's ice curls and wetline. I hope this helps and thanks for tuning in.

I have tried it for a wash and go and it was frizzy. I will try it next for two strand twist out. Thanks for the video.
