    In my humble opinion those people who are making all these complicated and unnecessary changes do not live in the same world that majority of us living in.

      Exactly. There’s a lot of complacent and comfortable people out there with no pressing issues. We’re wired to want to fix things, so some people tend to find problems where there aren’t any. People will fabricate issues just to occupy their time ‘productively’

    Thoughtful improvement is fantastic! Change just for change's sake is a waste of time and energy. There is some point in life where, if you resist dumb ideas, you supposedly change from being too young to know any better to too old and set in your ways.

    Interessante a chamada do vídeo "are you equipped?" que é algo como "você está preparado?". Quando o tema é a mudança ou a gestão da mudança a resposta para a pergunta é, geralmente, "não". Não estamos preparados nem para as mudanças externas nem para implementar aquelas que desejamos que aconteça. Isso devido ao que foi colocado muitl bem pelo Jocko: temos, a grande maioria e eu mesmo para ser sincero, um modelo mental fechado, que prefere manter "as coisas como estão" do que entender que isso é, e sempre foi, o desejo de um tolo. Obrigado Jocko pela reflexão.
    The video call "are you equipped?" is interesting. which is something like "are you ready?". When the topic is change or change management the answer to the question is generally "no". We are not prepared either for external changes or to implement those we want to happen. This is due to what was put very well by Jocko: we, the vast majority and myself to be honest, have a closed mental model, which prefers to keep "things as they are" rather than understand that this is, and has always been, the desire of a fool. Thanks Jocko for the reflection.

    I really hate that IT principles are infecting corporate leadership in places that they really don't belong. Change management is an IT infrastructure concept that has a lot of benefits in that space but makes no sense elsewhere. Similarly agile seems to be getting adopted by most corporations company wide now instead of being limited to the development teams. Going to be a sad day when your grocery store employee can't restock the item you want because that aisle is on the next sprint.

    Our actual System is designed in 4th Dimension on awareness of physical appearance. Where does humanity come from, where does it go to. Is there a Creator or not, what does a possible Creator expects from its Creacion? Can Creacion successfully live without awareness and respect" of a possible Creator? As more Human conscious rises more clear about a necessary update if not complete new Design of humanity System is required. Does humanity has natural Enemies Historicaly and actual (f.e. spiritual beeing of the devill). Humanity only aware of the eye visible is accountet as blind through way of Life, spiritual guidance is necessary cause maybe higher charma laws/forces would effect Soul sooner or later troumendasely..Humanity is trapped by demonic forces in Material Dimension to uncapable of transforming true positive change upon humanity.     Constantly struggling with command. I communicate we have this issue with this product, they say we, ve got it. I relay multiple times to different reps. Arrive at the job parts are wrong intent is misread, coms are relayed incorrect. It’s my fault I try to remedy, the same issues occur, this continues for so long I can’t remember the last time a job went right not even the day I started working here. Im ready to quit, any advice you haven’t already given?

    OK let me simplify Jocks. Is there absolutely every thing more bladeproof than measuring The Life Quotient than a simple HEALTH TEST.
    I mean comprehensive complete health assessment with judgment.
    How complicated Science is? I mean is this Time Travel its not just simpler Doc test.
