- The Goodwill bins were hot this week! I ended up with all the items which I later re-weighed and estimate I paid approximately $7.48 total for. Yeah, for all these items! It's a weird and eclectic lot but it's still the deal of the century. You should check out your local thrift stores, especially the "by the pound" style ones, whenever you can.
Haha, that cat was awesome.
Good tips and info! It's always good to see more preppers spreading information out here. Stay safe!
I love the salt and pepper shaker!!!!
love thrifting a good chunk of my kitchenware and camping gear came from thrift stores.
Ohhhhh yeaaaaah like one entire rack at every thrift store and like 1/10th of the items in the bins are cookware :P I got so many lightweight cookware items there! I don't feel bad wrecking anodized aluminum and single clad stainless stuff on a fire when I paid under a dollar for it and it was bound for the scrap heap anyway.
Ooooo nice
Love to see you sharing what you got! I love thrifting!
I love thrift stores. I've never seen the bin by the weight stuff, and the Salvation Army near me damn near wants retail, but they're always worth a shop.
I think the type of optic you use at the range is called a "monocular". (Meaning single, versus "binocular", meaning two).
Nocular? Scope? It's the thing for viewing at a distence.
