Easily one of the worst Italy performances I've EVER seen.. No fight, limp attack, mistakes galore, no patterns of play.. What a joke of a cup defence. Tonali was HUGELY missed and Spalleti should've called up Varatti & Gnonto. Even Ballotelli would've been more effective than Scamaca. Hate him or love him, he has a physical presence and the type of confidence he has was severely lacking with the strikers we did have.

England's main problem is our lack of tactical set up & systems of play that should be finely tuned and drilled into the players during the coaching sessions in preparation for playing any opposition. Yes it's the manager role to get it right but it's not his role to do it on the pitch as a manager is a project manager who over see all aspects of the team, so its the couches role to do it and it is clear to see that Steve Holland is not up to the job!

@08:35 Its only people that havent played football that are happy with the offside line in this new tech. The attacker stands IN LINE with the defender, he cant be looking at his fcking boots to check his toe is offside. If the attacker is in line with the defender that is by no standard other than this new infared laser line OFFSIDE. If I have to hear a bloke like this guy that can barely kick a ball, has never stood on a pitch talking about it I will stop watching

Germany did not storm past Denmark. Denmark matched them after their initial storm on goal and Denmark was hard done by. Millimeter decisions turned out to be pivotal and flipped everything in minutes.
It says „storm“ in the title because there was a thunderstorm going on.
It says storm, because they value a bad pun over accuracy.
They could easily have worded it differently and still put in a shitty pun.

Italy have been crap for a decade and the Euro win masked the problem that they don’t produce enough good players. The James have been overrated the quality of Italian players for a long time in media who haven’t produced outside of Italy

They couldn’t resist the reference to the weather issues that affected the game.
