Pentakill is a band created by riot games (like KDA). The names of the songs and albums (they have three) are items or runes from the game. They have a music video Mortal remainder and one live virtual concert, their third album Lost chapter. Also the lead singer is Jorn Lande I think

Jorn lande also wrote and directed most of the songs for pentakill his music is really good too.
they have multiple leadsingers i believe, Jørn Lande sings on alot of their songs but not all of them.
Pentakill is actually the 1st virtual band created by RiotGames, and the first album "SMITE and IGNITE" was released 2014. However, they still don't have enough to create an MV. Then they released their 2nd album "GRASP of the UNDYING" in 2017, with the MV of "MORTAL REMINDER" that you just saw. Last 2021, they then again released the 3rd album called "LOST CHAPTER" with a full virtual concert.
Indeed their songs are not all "metal metal" since they also have orchestral and instrumentals. It is due to the nature and lore of the items or runes that are the song titles. Thus, they are telling a story of those items thru song in a metal genre.
They're Power/Symphonic Metal.
The bridge IS so smooth and gives me chills. The singer voice accompanies really well the others instruments.
As others comments stated, the vocalist is Jorn Lande. But there are some songs which has sung by a vocalist from Dragonforce - for example, Deathfire Grasp.
Pentakill has 3 full albums. They are all really good IMO. Much like KDA its a virtual band and they bring on some pretty amazing musicians and vocalists to do this stuff. Also Pentakill was actually before KDA. Both their first and second albums happened before KDA. This one you're listening to is from their 2014 album
i'd have to recommend every single song of pentakill but instead ill recommend the pentakill concert they made for the new album, a whole new experience similar to the true damage concert thing and from someone who knew pentakill from the start i watched the thing live and i got the chills from start to the end, hope you dive deeper into this band, much love
Pentakill was the first virtuel band Riot Games created and I'm so happy they got a comeback last year. Like some people in the comments have said already, Jorn is indeed the lead singer for the majority of the Pentakill songs.
Please please, after this, listen to the acoustic version on this song, it will blow your mind. Promise it won't disappoint.

Pentakill IS League's 1st band. It's not that they decided to go metal from pop but go soft from hard.
years ago when i first started listneign to pentakill, i heard from someone that riot found and bought this band and changed the name, and gave them alot of stuff to come up with these songs
Pentakill's albums are all three on my playlist, with the 3rd (Lost Chapter) being my favorite. They do not disappoint! Happy to see you find them!

So Pentakill have 3 album so far. GRASP OF UNDYING, SMITE AND IGNITE. And the last one is Lost Chapter, first and second album they only have 1 music video. But for Lost Chapter they have Live Performance Experience. And They make new version of Lightbringer.

I really like the song "PENTAKILL: Predator", is very metal
Frozen Heart , Tear of The Goddess and Stormrazor also has awesome female vocals, they are my favorite
all 3 of their albums have different styles of metal and each song is unique really good band
PENTAKILL is really underrated band. Majority of League community are kids / weebs / etc. so metal isn't as popular among these people. I love their songs personaly 🤘🤘

First time hearing these guys, not bad, not bad at all... might check a few more tunes out.
More pentakill music is something I would look forward to in the future. Especially the online concert that they had.
The concert's animation might seem a little wonky but that's only because it was mocapped and was done live at the time.
Oh, please listen to the acoustic version of the same song "Lightbringer". Jørn Lande made it like it was two different songs because he is so versatile.

I know this is forever after you've posted it but I see you dont have a video of Deathfire Grasp, a song from the first album, if you haven't listened to it privately yet give it a listen. They even use the death sound effect of one of the in game characters (cassiopeia) in it, absolutely incredible and under rated song from their first album.

It was the original Band made of Champions from the game.
Its just that the Pop and Rap became more popular..
Can you imagine that Riot went through all this trouble of making a band and a full album of music, just for skins on champions? And then do it 2 more times to sell the skins/new skins in the skinline.

SO!! League of Legends makes bands the kpop way. They get members from other bands mix them together and have them perform under their label.
Some of the bands made of the greatest musicians and it shows.
