You really showed us the tension with the hardcore S+ ranks! Very well done. Also I enjoyed the way you portrayed how the game feels with infinite weapons using the soundtrack. I hope you enjoyed the game. Thank you for bringing us the yearly RE episode.
I remember the best feeling I got from this game was beating the 4th survivor mode, easy enough to be accomplished in some tries but hard enough to make it feel rewarding, I was always on the edge and didn’t have time to overthink what gun I had to use for a certain enemy... just shoot, dodge and run all the way to the gate: awesome! Rest of the game is outstanding as well, this is just my personal highlight.

This game has to be one of the hardest games I’ve ever had to try to platinum it burned me out and got pissed off and just never tried to platinum it again
Just want you know that you are already braver than I am. I am a hardcore gamer and don't mind challenges but I hate timer so never bother to try any S rank trial.

This is a great episode. I really enjoy the longer episodes with more commentary and footage of the grind to get that platinum. I like them all, though. And I find myself re-watching platinum journey episodes pretty regularly because they are so well done.
Thank you. You are not alone in liking the longer episodes with more of a grind. I tend to feel a bit more pride for those episodes. Granted, can't do that all the time, I'd go mad, haha.
God I love this game, it's how all future remakes/remasters should be handled
It took me several tries to beat hardcore but I think it’s the way it’s meant to be played, having limited saves

Wonderfully done! I am addicted to your video’s! The quality is outstanding! I gave up on FF7 remake, I am on 77%, but stuck on the hard mode challenges. I did platinum subnautica and it takes two, they’re not hard at all but I just had fun with them. Currently at 36. Don’t know what to do next, I want to work towards my backlog to just finish games, not platinum them. Thank you for this video, and already waiting for the next. 😉

Great video again mate, well done! Completing Resi 2 on Hardcore to get the mini gun and rocket launcher was one of the most stressful gaming moments I've had! But felt good once I'd done it. I found out a few weeks later from my mate that you can now actually buy the mini gun and rocket launcher via the PSN store! Crazy that they done this...

This is honestly one of the few games I really enjoyed platinuming. The game isn’t too long, it can be quite challenging and speed running this game is so much fun. Need more games like this

Just found your channel, after playing PS2, I bought myself a 360 and never looked back. Now I have a series X and I got a PS4 Pro to play some classics. Horizon was the most beautiful game Ive ever played and I just finished Uncharted. All platinum and 100%. Loving your videos so far :)

Great vid! It took me several playthroughs to platinum this back when it came out but I did it in a few days and it was very satisfying! In my opinion RE2R, RE3R and RE7 have some of the best trophy lists. They can be challenging but reward you for skill and patience. Keep up the good work Adam!

Kinda funny to me that your traditional upload came up on my traditional RE Weekend. Every Easter weekend (don't ask how it started, it just kinda did), I play through a new RE game. Just finished RE3make last night. Don't know what I'll do next year though, probably going to be a while before I snag a PS5, and RE8 isn't going to be on PS4.

Doing my own Platinum runs for the Resident Evil series, and during my RE5 playthrough with the infinite rocket launcher, your line at 26:34 kept replaying in my head XD.

I love that you went ahead and did the two S+ runs when you could have easily just gone for S or bought the special weapons through DLC. You taking on those extra challenges makes the video more enjoyable (the same way you did Uncharted 4 without cheats on Crushing).
I am not sure whether this was the first time you played the RE2 Remake or whether you did a casual run previously. However, I would suggest before taking on the trophies in RE3 to do a casual run in "Standard" mode. In my opinion, that is the best way to enjoy Resident Evil :)

Last year I did the S rank for 3 saves only... I felt you all the way... Speedrunning a game like this has your brain on full overdrive, gotta be making a mental map of everything you need and everything you have to do, manage your ammo and inventory AND also making sure not to die, all while making sure each second counts?? I had to tap out for a bit after that.
It's even more disorienting when you go from one character to the next due to how different items are placed, lol.
I gotta follow your example and go for that full completion tho! Great work!

Yes, I remember getting 100% on this game! Such an awesome experience! No Platinum though because I did it on Steam, but a great game nonetheless!
I also combined some playthroughs as well lmao, getting S+ on HC with 3 or fewer saves was an absolute nightmare! Died once with Ada and no saves, got to restart from the start broke me ngl.
