Totally, i really dont like glitched speedruns/TASing, i love glitchless its pure minecraft experience, and someone that already played minecraft can understand the gameplay if they inspect it. Instead of being like wait, why does he have 10 times his starting items? Why did he immediately teleport through the portal 1000 blocks away from where he should have gone? Why isn't he taking damage? But that's just my opinion
this was fuckin lit lmao i was like "damn I guess he doesnt consider the elder guardian a boss" and then in like 15 seconds u went all the way from the End a monument to 1 shot a guardian

Yeah it has like a lot of work in routing and some parts of the TAS were hell, specially the darkness part, i think i am the first TAS that deals with darkness and i cannot express how much i dont wanna do it again. If i need to kill another warden i am going to put more brightness idc vanilla options

@TipitoGD totally true, i just didnt want people to say that it was too bright to be vanilla or smth. Next time, i am going to up the brightness. And yeah, i had to memorize a whole minute (3s on the TAS) because it was pure darkness.

What happened in the warden fight, what block did you put the dripstone on, how it keeps falling? xd darkness is nightmare in TASes. I miss this channel sm, thanks for this masterpiece
tysm! I put a trapdoor that i kept opening and closing, the timing is super specific becuase if you do it as fast as possible then the dripstone falls faster and the warden cant be damaged so fast, it needs to be in intervals of 0.5s for the perfect kill. And yeah darkness is one of if not the worst nightmare in TASing i ever had xd
@TechnesY oh gosh, that explains the timing as well, I believe it has something with temporary immunity thing. Keep up whatever you're doing man, I love your TAS compilations.
Just want to make sure, for the warden, enderdragon and elder guardian, the last hit recieve was not from the player, which means that the game doesn't consider the player to have kill it. Example, if the game consider the player to have kill it, they should have monster hunter achivement and free the end. Free the end doesn't show up.
Yeah people already asked and it still counts. This is an earlier response: i just checked the speedrun.com rules and yeah it says it must be a player action (which it was) not necessarily to be in stats. "A boss is counted as killed if it dies as a result of the player's actions"
it was killed with dripstone which does a tooon of damage. One of the main reasons this TAS was so hard to make was because of the Darkness effect that i didnt want to edit out because people would complain of authenticity. But i dont care anymore, for the next TAS that there is darkness i am going to put a higher gamma
Great run! Regarding your request for feedback, the game audio sounds like it was recorded from the speakers rather than the actual audio; it seems slightly higher pitched than normal, although maybe that is part of it.
Yeah thanks for that, another guy said the same thing, i will look into it, it does feel like that some parts of the TAS but not the whole video for me at least.
RIP the sub 3. surely it's doable with a slightly warden fight though. I'd recommend Shotcut as a soft bc's it's free and has a lot of control over the audio.

Hey I recognize that seed very creative route, I like the usage of 1.19 to avoid the set trades in 1.20 as I originally intended for this seed I wonder if the dripstone thing can be used for non-TAS as well, doesn't seem all that hard to setup and pull off
@DuncanRuns wait you actually found this seed? Lmao i had no idea sorry. Yeah dripstone needs its strategy you need to trap the warden as soon as it spawns, idk how they do it on warden kill% tho you would need to figure out that but yeah its the most effective strategy
@@TechnesY yeah I think I found this seed in the first maybe 2% of the seed space, I then went on to scan the rest of the seeds with much stricter filters but I didn't end up finding anything better (there was one seed which might be a contender but it isn't significantly better) I've recently gotten some experience doing bastion simulation so I might redo the filter this summer and find something better

is there any way you can make a tas so that loTAS records a macro as you play with an altered tick speed, etc. and then it plays back your inputs at full speed? (like how levels are botted in geometry dash)
