when university comes out, you should make cafe’s based on the school they are near too. like a modern f-shaped cafe near the institute. and a classic or medieval b-shaped cafe for britechester.

I was also thinking a two story M build would be cool except I got 'M' from the idea of a 'mansion'

Maybe do an "A" next? The Two outer lines which meet at the top could be two separate homes/apartments while the line that goes horizontal could be the communal entrance which doubles as a walk way to connect the two homes

@@joshuam20 No she hasn't, The "A" floorplan was included in a thumbnail but she never actually built it, she built the E instead.

Kate Cohen first she built an E next she built an Y and now she is building an S so if you use those letters and make it a word it spells YES

Maybe the next letter you can do is the letter “Q” that would be interesting!
"X" and "P" would make for an interesting challenge as well :D

I’d agree though, it looks good up there.
Try making the letter D with a courtyard in the middle, maybe with a fancy fountain! It could be two stories and have a historical castle feel? :)

Between the music and the voice you tend to use when you're building, these Alphabet Challenge builds are like super relaxing to watch.
I think this might be one of my favorite Deli builds ever.

This build is so nice! I love all the little details like wild flowers in the S curves, the corner with garbage bins, the exit sing even!
The letter “W” and call it the build “The W” upscale hotel/restaurant and see is you can do it on the penthouse lot/in the city living or get famous area.
I love how Deli always tells which keyboard commands she is using. She's definitely taught me a thing or two over the past year, like the [ ] keys for resizing objects.
i miss “rub my belly” at the start of every video and the say she wasn’t pregnant! 😂

I thought this too. She could make 4 commercial lots in D, E, L, And I (re-decorate E), place them in a row and have a DELI downtown area. :D
Could even theme it like D is a dance club, E is ... , L is a library, and I is an Ice cream shop. Oh, E is a an Exercise gym. ;p

Deli! You always talk about that medieval stone building with a glass modern extension that inspired you, I would love to see you build a mini-castle (maybe more like an Abbey with a tower?) with a "ruined" wall that's been replaced by glass!

I still have the floor plan of an Assisted Living and Memory Care home that I worked in it had 12 rooms each had their own bathroom, 2 of the rooms were could fit 2 people, giant living space with a TV, 3 dining tables, a open kitchen and a porch with skylights in the living space. It was a giant area of cottages for elderly, I think it would be a very nice build to make.
I love learning about the Australian culture and seeing what the buildings there are like 🤗
You inspire me to start building in sims. I am an architect and during your gameplays i find dome cool solutions and new ideas!!! I think i will start building in sims again❤❤

These are really neat! A or B would be interesting, its nice to see a mix of homes and community lots. Honestly I wouldn't even mind seeing the same letter if one was a home and the other a community lot.

A retirement home would be a fun build! It could be an 8 sim place and you make each room similar but decorate so that it fits each of their quirks!
Could you do letter "H"? It might be cool for an old person's home - females on one side, males on the other, with a communal area in the middle. Just brainstorming! Love this one! 💕

Make your next letter build have rooftop access! I thought that's what you were going to do with this cafe since you didn't want to put a roof on it. Would've been super cute with some rooftop tables that have little cafe-esque umbrellas above them, just for some basic shade, etc.
An R would be a super interesting shape to try to use! It could be legit the rooftop bar, just called "Rooftop" or it could be a cool, modern apartment. Up to you, of course. :)
This looks like Espresso House a lot. Amazing build!

I’m torn. The video was funny, especially with the guy who obviously knew what was going on. But it also seemed a little mean to the guys who didn’t understand.
To be clear, I don’t think Deli was being mean, just that the guys probably felt like someone was prancing them, you know? Especially if they are serious about finding someone. That said, I’ve never used a dating site so maybe it’s not a site people are seriously looking for a partner on?
I think you might be overthinking it. I’m sure the men she was speaking to have got over it haha. Tinder in most cases is not a serious dating website anyway. For many, it’s a means of casual hook ups.

*To fix the fence glitch* before you place a gate turn off bb.moveobjects, place the gate, and the turn on your cheats again.
