I met Alexi Laiho when I was 15 years old and I am currently 30 I am a guitarist very influenced by him and honestly your departure hurt me a lot ... but you achieved your goal as a human being, transcend as a musician and influence many people with that great charisma and talent that you had .... at the end of the day, that's what we come to this world for! I lived in a stone house with drug addicts with no internet or heat for a winter and the only reason I survived it was I watched their live DVD so much it broke and I bought a second one. Dreaming of being like Alexi helped me survive one of the hardest years of my life. I fell off from listening to his work but his impact will always be with me.
