Thankyou for an excellent review, you covered all the important aspects of what i wanted to see and hear, over here in the U.K this desk is named, Atticus height adjustable desk and retails for around £200 Sterling, i did place my order yesterday and was looking online for a good review and yours is superb, thankyou again for your video, keep up the great work, kind regards Louie from Northern Ireland UK.
@@qwazyd0gg Could you check whether you can remove the cross bar? I like this desk but I would like it more without that bar.. not sure how it will impact stability?
I can’t remember if it is welded on or fixed with screws. The entire bottom assembly comes prefabricated out of the box, so I’m not sure off hand. U can also DM me tonight in socials and I can check after work. Same username :)
@@qwazyd0gg Do you have a picture or advice on how you installed the monitor arm ? I ordered the same desk but it looks thick so I'm wondering how I'll install the arm without damaging the table top
it looks like some kind of cheap version for first timer buyers of such kind/type of table. coz the table doesn't seems like "Clip" friendly (for monitor mounted type). Also has no cable management design on the table. (something like a hole or a trapezoid chip on the back side of the rectangular wood base.) this looks like made for a typical office person not for computer works.
I bought it yesterday but desk main feature up and down didn’t work got were E22. I tried all steps as per manufacture but nothing change. The bed thing they don’t have any help line. Kindly share if anyone have idea how to fix otherwise will return this desk

You’re too kind Louie! Thank you for your kind words and I hope you enjoy your new desk as much as I enjoy mine :)
4:50 OMG, look how much it deflects when just pressing to show fingerprints or rest his arm! I've never had a desk that weak/flexible.
Would you recommend it for a gaming desk?
I can’t see why not. Depending on your setup, it is a little smaller than some other desks but will still work great.
Does the cross bar at the bottom of the legs bother you?
We honestly don’t notice it at all. I tend to rest my feet on the legs of the chair underneath me most of the time when I sit.
@@qwazyd0gg Could you check whether you can remove the cross bar? I like this desk but I would like it more without that bar.. not sure how it will impact stability?
The bottom cross bar or the top that the desk sits on?
@@qwazyd0gg yeah bottom one. Not sure if it makes sense to remove it, though

Is the textured table surface smooth enough to be a good writing surface when using a ballpoint pen on a single sheet of paper?
When you press (too) hard with a single sheet it’s noticeable. With a lighter hand or multiple sheets you’re fine.
Eu, great video, I ordered mine uesrerday! Would adding monitor arm or stand damage the desk?
Not at all! I now have a gas spring mount at a 34” ultra wide on this for my wife and if handles it like a champ :)
@@qwazyd0gg are you able to share the name of the monitor arm you purchased? Thanks so much
It’s from a company called Vivo. They sent it to me about 2 years ago, but they’re pretty affordable on Amazon. geni.us/Ky80

I have a question I got this desk. And it won’t go up why is that where can I find a solution lol
Does the controller or motor make a noise. Could just be defective
@@qwazyd0gg no it doesn’t make a noise. It kinda goes down just not up lol

I used a 34” ultrawide and a gas spring clip on arm without issue, but I can agree with the build quality statement as a whole.
Does it still work well? I mean the motor ?
It’s been my wife’s main desk for daily WFH tasks since publishing this video and she hasn’t had a single complaint

My pleasure Hanna :)
From where can I buy Jarvis standing desk 2nd hand!?
Craigslist/marketplace I would assume

I emailed PrimeCables about this and have yet to hear back :(
I bought this desk and the middle USB plug doesn’t work
It’s very low voltage, so it may not register a charge for some equipment
@@qwazyd0gg I just try and charge my Apple Watch and it doesn’t work
