There's a campground up that way off of interstate 78 in berks County not far from hawk mountain the campground is called blue rocks and it's famous for its river beds full of big rocks and boulders I'm sure that's probably the same mountain range

My brother and I are thinking of doing this hike in a couple of weeks in memory of our Dad who always wanted to hike over the tunnel. Could you give me an idea as to how long it took you?

Hey Mindy, thanks for watching. The hike wasn't very long at all. Its hard to say how long it would take if you weren't doing all the camera work but I'd say 3-4 hours depending on your pace.

Thank you for this video. It was delightful to watch; looks like a beautiful trail with lush scenery. I take this road a lot and have wanted to get to the trail right over the tunnel. If you use google maps, theres a little road on the North side the wanders up there. Google will take you right there and there's a small little parking lot at the trailhead. You could drive right past it if its snow covered. Thanks for watching and commenting.
