I got the blue comet. In BLI Paragon 3, MTH railking, MTH 2 rail. One of the greatest trains ever and it is a crime so few pieces still exist.

Bragging rights?? No, you guys are legends. For some reason, my little 8 year old boy is into trains and has been into it. After a Thomas set from a few years ago, i got him an HO set for this Christmas and am so excited about putting a set together with him.

I'm not a Lionel fan but I am a railroad historian so when I saw "Blue Comet" I knew something special was going to happen. Central of New Jersey isn't exactly known around the states.

They could not have found a more authentic & appropriate location, that's for sure! I mean, c'mon - Brooklyn, hard by the F Train, in business for quite a little while, even a Ken Jr who does a pretty good wiseguy spiel. haha
