🍃 Heavenly Mini Banana Loaves! So Healthy! Keeps You Young From The Inside Out

Plantbased Mini banana loaves... nothing unhealthy in these...and these definitely are full of vitamins and nutrients...which will in return... will keep you youthful from the inside out!
INGREDIENTS:
~ 4 Ripe Organic bananas peeled
~ 1 1/2 Organic All purpose flour
~ 1/3 C. Organic Coconut Sugar
~ 1/4 C. Refined Coconut oil
~ 1/2 C. Chopped Walnut Pieces
~ 1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
~ 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
~ A pinch of Ground Ginger
~ A pinch of Ground Cinnamon
~ A pinch of Pink salt
1) Preheat oven to 350*F. Oil loaf pan/pans and chop walnuts.
2) In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground Ginger, ground Cinnamon, and set aside.
3) In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Make sure not to leave any big chunks.
4) Add the sugar and oil to the bananas and mix until evenly combined.
5) Once the oil and sugar are incorporated, gently fold in the dry ingredients just enough for everything to come together.
6) Now, gently fold in your walnut pieces or other mix-ins.
7) Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan(s).
8) Bake the banana bread @ 350*F for 30-40 minutes for mini loaves. Or 50-60 minutes for an
8x4 inch regular loaf. Test the bread with a toothpick for doneness. It will come out clean when bread is ready. If the banana bread is still too moist, bake at 5 minute intervals til done. Enjoy!
