If you are an older person like me (50) and would like to know how to look 10-15 years younger…OR are interested in Life Longevity…OR you are young and would love to stay young with your young and supple skin …then this Channel is for you…I was taught how to “start” reversing my age thru the consumation of a Vegan/Plantbased diet….meat & dairy products took a toll on my body….Here you will learn how to become young again. I am not a Doctor so ask your Doctor about consuming a plant diet with pharmaceuticals (which a plant diet lead me off 100% ALL Pharmaceuticals.)..After getting off all Pharmaceuticals…And going 100% Vegan/Plantbased …purple veins became clear..skin is smoother …and spots & blemishes will start to disappear . Even scars since I’ve had at the age of 10 years old had somehow diminished….There is no way I could have learned this “Youthful Process” by myself….
