Oh no! you have scratched your beautiful Ooni Pro! I am not sure I like the random brushed finish. Maybe non scratch pan sponges would have been less aggressive. There must be a better, non scratch way to clean the SS surfaces. Did you try bleach on the sponge? I find that a wipe with Dettol surface cleaner gets lots of marks off the surface.
Would suggest using the soft side of the sponge to prevent scratches and rinse with gentle spray of clean water after bar keeper.
