I dont recommend using lemon, it’s very abrasive and can strip skin from natural oils.

A little lemon won't hurt you, it's not straight lemon. And a wedge of fresh lemon used as underarm deodorant is the best natural deodorant there is that works.

First attempt at this was a fail. I followed the recipie very closely. I found that the mixture was clumpy from the lemon juice. After applying it, it seemed to dry very quickly. I was careful not to move my face and crack the mask. Peeling it off was very painful. It did not peel off as easily as Brooke's did. My face looked very irritated. I will say that removing it with a warm washcloth helped ease the pain. The only positives of this mask was the blackhead removal and softness it left behind. I will most likely try this mask again at a later date.
Side note...I love this channel! I am not a mom but these diy videos are amazing! I love you guys!

it will solidify after a bit but you can pop it in the microwave fora few seconds and it will liquify again! xx B

READ THIS, LADIES!!! Pulling off this mask was like a laser treatment without the anesthetic ointment. This was EXTREMELY PAINFUL!!! My face swell up and turned extremely red. No wonder Billie (sp) had tears in her eyes.

Ananya Singh search for the DIY pore strip tutorial using xanthian gum. I know this stuff has been found to have highly detrimental health effects when ingested, but I don't think it's the same when applied topically. I'm slowly working on developing on the xanthian strips by experimenting with different ingredients, like activated coconut charcoal powder, jarrah honey, (manuka is fine just more costly here and no better than therapeutic grade jarrah honey), rolled oats which I mill to a fine flour, and, if my skin's particularly in need of help, neem oil. I haven't found the right balance of ingredients yet. I'll get there eventually.

Lemon is a very acidic fruit. If applied to skin it can cause 2 degree or 3 degree burns. It can also cause cracking skin. Maybe it does have Vitamin but i wouldnt recoment such harsh fruit specially on any sensative skin. Im saying this for your safety😊😊😊

Please do more beauty hacks or diys because I truly think that every single diy and hack is so great
currently doing this with peppermint oil note to self. put cucumbers on the eyes when using peppermint oil. because the oils are strong. and I definately wouldn't suggest for sensitive skin but it feels really nice.

I tried this out and my goodness, my skin has never ever felt this soft!!!! I don't recommend you do it on your whole face because THIS IS SUPER PAINFUL! Worth it, but not on my entire face. I'd just use it on my nose, forehead, and chin in the future. I didn't have lemon so I just omitted it. It's super painful. Work quickly because my gelatin started like hardening and started clumping up the first time. Super painful, but the results are wild!

I've been making a charcoal and bentonite clay mask lately. It doesn't peel off (I just use a warm rag to wash it off) but It leaves my skin soooo nice!

OmG....I love it it was easy to make but it has to be warm or it will start to harden..if it starts to harden put it in the microwave. The only thing that is a down fall is that it hurts when it is be peeled off but after it feels AMAZING. .
