Omg I've been watching the part one of this video lately to fall asleep and you upload another one! I feel like the thought of letting myself be dumb is really comforting for me as I feel like in my day to day I have to do a lot of thinking and problem solving so there's a certain expectation for me. Also a random idea here but what if you did like a little Bob Ross painting ASMR. Just the way you segwayed from brushing to whisping just made the connection click together. With it you could do those positive words/phrases/qoutes (I've forgotten the name for it, apologies)
