As much as it sucks that it seems that there aren't as many copy abilities in this game as there are in other games, I'm happy with what we've got, and the upgrades provide a lot of variety to them to make up for it, besides as the first ever full 3D kirby game it's understandable that they'd hold back on the number of abilities you can use, still testing the waters with some for future 3D games probably

I'd say they may hide 1-2 more evolved abilities maybe? But it's a bit of a stretch to imagine any other abilities being added sadly. I really with we could've have Spark/Plasma and Beam back.

There seems to be a lot of throwbacks to Kirby 64. One other example is the Mouthful Mode Vending Mouth which harkens back to Refrigerator Kirby (ie. Ice+Spark) from Kirby 64. Other example as well!
I agree with the "finding the original copy ability" idea, due to the new trailers in Waddle Dee's weapon shop, it had a bunch of the abilities, while in some (possibly being in only one trailer), it only had cutter and fire (plus I would find it funny for someone that's new to Kirby or went spoiler free with the upgrades info to wonder why there's an empty space in the workshop, only to realize sleep is upgradable 🤣)
9:35 Amiibo functionality just provides you with the stat upgrades you can find at the waddle dee shop for free, as seen in early footage from youtubers such as Gamexplain It does appear that you might obtain the blueprint from beating meta knight at the end of the colosseum, so accessing the area might only be available really late into the game, hence why its the 3rd and most powerful evolution.
Yeah, my Favourite Upgraded Copy Ability is Volcano Fire; I even created a Wild Style Mini-Boss called Volcanose, which is me but with Volcano Fire attributes and an actual Volcano for a nose, as a nod to my chronic allergies and how my nose is like a 24/7 erupting Volcano.
I think the third drill how it will attack is where once you go underground o can tilt the drills above or an attack Or one drill will be pulling kirby while the other is above ground like a shark

I plan on uploading maybe one more video before launch talking about the Beast Pack/Boss lineup, but I may wait until release. Once the game comes out however, I'm definitely going to upload more content about the game such as footage for every ability (+ evos), and every boss in the game, alongside maybe some stream highlights from my stream that's going to happen on the 25th (11:04). I'm especially thankful for all the community feedback and comments too; reading the comments of the community discussing their own thoughts and predictions is such a nice feeling, because I get to respond to you guys and agree on feedback on things I may have missed in the video! I make sure I read every comment and respond to the one's that grab my attention the most. Either way it's just super sick that my small community can grow with you guys. As of now the video stands at ~32k views, doubling my previous second-most-watched being Mario Kart 9: Prediction Overhaul, and now this video claims its spot as the second-most-watched. I don't think you obtain the more Boss-inspired Evolutions from the bosses themselves, at least not all of them. But we'll have to wait until we get to play the game to find out.
The only guaranteed ones are Gigant Sword (Gigant Edge), Frosty Ice (Wild Frosty), and Swallow Tornado (Fleurina). I'm 95% confident Wild Hammer is obtained through a Wild-Stylized Bonkers, but we haven't seen him yet.

I think the reason is because they need to balance the copy abilities with the mouthfull mode

I dont know why everyone thinks the butterfly is new. It's been around since Green Greens from Kirby's Dreamland.
It's funny because it's one of the most recurring 'characters', but not many people know. At least Robobot and Star Allies gave it further purpose.

Junk Needle’s difference is that bolts and screws fly off of the player when rolling. Which can hit enemies and give the ability a slight bit of range

I would not put it past Nintendo to have the fully upgraded sleep ability be the most powerful one in the game.

You do realize there's evolutions, which means there'll technically be 30+ abilities, but that 6 gigabytes IS kinda worrying me.
