I think that you have so many people who absolutely love you and have been with you since the beginning and I believe I'm safe to say that we are all loyal to you and we love you and we will always watch your channel. You are an amazing woman with great strength and courage and you are very much supported.
This is one of the kindest comments I have ever read on a video. So my guess is the people in your world kevinwentworth, are blessed and thankful to have you in their lives. And…I totally agree with you regarding our beloved “teacher.”
As a teacher ,retired after several operations and who had redone several houses, and furniture 'fixings', I very much appreciate your teaching and your journey. Thank you and for this commenter. We agree totally. Historic Pennsylvania says hello.
You have come a long way women, I remember some of your old posts like the day you sold the piece that paid off your student loan and to many others to mention. I’m sure you have had some hard times this year but I know you parents have been really supportive all the way. 2025 is a new start and I know you will continue to go up.
I am Lorraine Sutton from Corning New York I don't have cable TV I just have the antenna I watch you on my cell phone one day you popped up on there after that I Google you and you come right up and I watch your videos they are wonderful excellent videos I love you and I like listening to your soft warm voice you're very beautiful looking to look at you are still a teacher you're teaching us how to do furniture the right way which is an excellent wonderful thing to do
Hi Lauren from a very very cold Glasgow across the pond ( probably frozen) in Scotland, I loved watching you hand paint again, Santa brought me a sprayer which I will get around to using soon, maybe !!!!!..I love my Zebra brushes along with my Paint Couture brush. Another beautiful piece, I’ve learned so much from you and hopefully my wee business will come together this year, thank you so much x Keep painting ❤️🏴
My parents had a nearly identical bedroom set-dresser, tallboy, and bookcase headboard. I always loved that hardware😢. Your pieces always look so good. Your integrity and attention to detail are second to none!
My parents had that set - the tall dresser, low dresser with attached mirror and two night stands. I painted them for my mom about 8 years ago with Annie Sloan chalk paint and wax (custom mixed a dark blue for her). Now that you’ve done this, I’m inspired to redo and change the hardware. It looks awesome. Thank you for your great work!!
Beautiful as always. I've watched you since the beginning. Even remember when you videoed your last day as a teacher electing to pivot your career to furniture refinishing. Keep up the good work. Someone will be a fortunate recipient of this piece. Happy 2025!
I truly look forward to your videos. I love that you take unwanted furniture and work on them to make them beautiful and desirable again in the public's eye, eliminating waste. Your work is beautiful.
OMG that is so gorgeous. I can just imagine that in someone’s entryway. How stunning would that be for storage of hats, gloves and winter scarves? Show stopper. I love it.❤
It might be just me, but I really liked the old hardware that to me said MCM. I like that era in furniture still in certain pieces but to each their own! Still a beautiful job and so informative.
I wasn't really liking the center of the drawers and thought you might take them off BUT you know best and it turned out awesome. I love the gold pulls. I also like the tricks your videographer is using. Bravo!
thanks! fluting/texture is very in right now so I decided to keep the design! I video all my projects and my editor, Harrison, jazzes them up! he’s a wizard!!
I inherited my parents bedroom set from 1960. It's also that blonde mid-century Style. I very carefully stripped it down and stained it dark walnut and it is beautiful. You'd never know it was that horrible blonde wood
This is my first time watching your channel, and the first video I've watched. I'm totally inspired! I've got so many pieces from my parents passing, and I think I'm excited to transform them to sell or to keep. I am excited to check put all your other videos, thank you!
I appreciate the beginner-friendly tips. I can’t set up for a sprayer right now, so brushing tips are very helpful. That hardware looks amazing on the finished piece! Thank you! ❤
I love it this flip! What a beautiful color and hardware combo. I'm trying to build some courage to get started, even if just for fun. You sure make the process very simple and easy. Thanks girlie!
Me pressing like at the beginning of the video because I know I'm gonna enjoy every minute of it. So informative. Love you Lauren and your amazing skills. Love from South Africa ❤
Looks great! I have and redid the nightstands that match this, and would love to find the rest of the set to make match! Mine were the mahogony version. I painted the sides dark blue and used Retique It to make the centers, tops and bases blonde. I kept the orginal hardware and bought them both for $10! They needed a fair amount of love but they're so solid! Kent Coffey Titan I believe is the name
I recall you saying you have training in early childhood education, and that might have a lot to do with why I like your videos: my wife says I’m “such a child” so that’s probably why your video style is so helpful to me! 😅😅😅
Lauren you gave me the confidence to update my furniture I followed all of your instructions and now have a very nice modern looking dining room set, coffee table and two small side cabinets. Bedroom furniture next on the list. So thank you and a happy New year 😊😊
I will always stay with you as long as you keep going I love watching you, I’m from the UK England. So please keep going. It looked so good. Happy new year 2025.
Love this Lauren, it is beautiful. Before I wouldn't have let it in my home..........now for sure it could be a totally awesome look to add charm to anyone's home. Beautiful!!! Been with you since the beginning! Love what you do and hope all is going well. Happy New Year!! Blessings
This is Lorraine Sutton good evening to you I hope you had a happy New Year this 2025 I had a wonderful New Year's peaceful quiet and relaxing we watch the ball come down on TV in New York City and then went to bed you did a wonderful job on this blonde dresser you always do such good work you are a wonderful person and a great teacher at teaching us how to redo furniture over and what products to use thank you for that God bless you and happy New Year
Very pretty color. While watching this on my Samsung TV the dresser looked such a pretty muted navy in your display. When seeing it while u were sitting next to it looked dark gray. It looked nice. Just thought that was interesting. I was wondering why you don’t seem to use a little sponge roller. A house painter friend of mine suggested it do so, which I did and the paint looked so smooth. My son likes it so much he used my leftover paint painting a dining table given to him by a friend and it turned out really nice too. So smooth. I haven’t done much refinishing. So I was just wondering.

Thank you for the kind words! I really appreciate your support!
Amen ❤

Perfect choice of hardware for the style/color of furniture.

Adding the hardware to this dresser is like accessorizing a little black dress.
Fantastic results and the hardware definitely made it pop ❤

Actually, the blond finish with the middle strips in white would be very pretty. Have the handles in silver, too.
I know its a matter of personal taste, but I loved the before look.
Love it
Bel lavoro
I like it😊
Beautiful job ❤
Thanks!
