i was working on the construction of the castle remember the camera on a large tower in maine st taking the photos great times, still have one of the roses that i fitted to the castle ceiling for a memento
I left the UK in 1990 on the off chance of getting work there....turned up with 80 pounds in my pocket...and got a job with an Italian firm called Pisaroti (or Pizzaroti...memory is going now) we got paid 100 pounds a day laboring...it was ridiculous pay for that time...ended up living in Paris going to all the raves back then...good times!
Disneyland Paris Park was located on the most visited country in the world but how this park never grow a huge crowds at the park??? Yes, it was always full when it come for special holidays. It was only averages 25,000 per day but the full capacity of the park is 60,000. In 2012 the total Attendance of the Park (not including the Hollywood studios) is 12 million but in 2013 it falls down into 10 million. And last year the park ask for help because they're under financial troubles. In the 5 current Disney park, 4 have increased there Attendance while Disneyland Paris falls down.
@charlieiscool1000 @charlieiscool1000 The one in florida is a little bit taller (189 feet (57 meters) whereas the one in paris is 160 feet, 50 meters, tall). However, it is still much bigger thant the one in Anaheim which is only 77 feet tall (24 meters)
I know Beauty & The Beast wasn't released until way into the construction of Disneyland Paris but I'm still amazed they didn't make more of a big deal about it considering it's set in France. All they had was a live show in Videopolis.

So you filmed this for 2 years? That must've been a big SD card.
I assume it was done on film, like the construction footage of Disneyland in Anahiem
what is a 2 year timelaps

It was probably fabricated off-site and then just installed on top.
