Sir I have TCS ninja offer and another 5LPA offer, but joining date of 5LPA offer is extended to Jan 2024. Should I join TCS ninja or wait for 5LPA offer?
Package at beginning of carrer doesn't matter, try to join company where you can learn more skills. 70-80% Projects in TCS are Service based(support work). but in ur case joining date of another company is too far. depends upon you what is ur priority.
Tcs is slow you have to have patience and join for experience only then..it just retirement and work life balance..😊

Sadly, No.
If the project is dependent on you may be they can try, but its not gonna happen

@@frustratedby9-610 one more query currently work in SAP BASIS with 3.6 YOE, I also worked 5 months as a JAVA developer so I am supposed to join TCS this week , and I wanna work now with JAVA but given interview for SAP BASIS in TCS , so how may I get project for JAVA after joining TCS ? Please suggest

About java:- You can say to RMG, Java is your primary skill, they will arrange project interviews accordingly

You can join any MNC like Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro if you want similar ones like TCS.

Depends, if you are from Btech background not worthy at all. if you are from other background you can give a try( still I will recommend to join better than this BPS) if you think you can crack.

Sir my joining is on 29th 2023 and I didn't apload main docs except provisionals can I apload now i.e on 26th June 2023.

If option to upload is still visible I guess you can upload.
About preparation, it depends on project to project. In most of the projects your work will get complete in 4-6 hours.
If your goal is to crack govt job you can join TCS and prepare parallelly.
