As have other pageant winners before her .Miss America 1971 Phyllis George her crown fell right off her head when she was taking her first walk after just being crowned only to be photographed with her crown falling off and she stopped to pick it up and she carried it instead lol!!

Karen Baldwin had problems with keeping the crowns on her head. She had the same problem (holding on to it) as Miss Universe too.

@@MrRee-rs5dm It was a different year. 1984 was the year when Miss Sweden won the Miss Universe. Dominique Dufour represented Canada in 1981.
