Not to intern, but you must be in school, and you need a degree for full-time roles

@@solelysidney I'd love to learn more about what it's like working in corporate America as a woman of colour. Like I know it's getting better, but do you sense a bit of "outsider culture" vibes?
Nobody can say anything explicitly, but my table does a very good job of excluding me without ever making it seem like it's... idk. I'm wondering if it's kind of a similar situation where you eventually end up handing out with people who look like you, if you know what I mean.
