Great video. I just signed my lease there! Definitely go in-person with your roommate to look at your potential place. We found a good spot, all amenities, totally new and beautiful. My main issue is my bank account looks hella empty and i don't move for another couple of weeks 😂. Saving really is the best advice.

Dogs have to be in some type carrier unless it is a service pet while you are riding the subway or buses in New York. If not, you can get a ticket. So be careful.
I saw a guy who had his small dog wear a kind of baby carrier/harness. So on the subway he'd just wear her on his chest. I think that's better than carrying around a bag or hard carrier

Yes of course! I mainly used street easy, I also had a broker but it's not necessary. I think I will make a video about what was required for getting a NY apartment
