Ha my son and I were just about to ask you if we can download the Tab!! I am now 50 and this has been one of my fave Anthrax tracks since mid 80s! My 12 yr old son is now playing guitar also and commandeered my Schecter Hellraiser Hybrid lol!! He performed 1st time live last week and played Paranoid with young band/students who go to same music studio. Thank you for now doing some Anthrax! 🤘🤘❤. We love all the Metallica you have done also. Funny thing is this is one of the first riff I learned this and dig up her bones. Great channel. In one hour I can pretty much play fine again and got the basics of every breath you take. You definitely earn my sub for sure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hey Tim, killer song, killer lesson!! Spreading the disease was such a favorite album of mine during my junior yr in high school. I remember I used to play this song and "The Enemy" and "Armed and Dangerous" while getting ready for school in the morning. My mother used to yell at me at 6am in the morning to turn my record volume down. What a time to be young. The whole album had a different sound compared to the 1st album "Fistfull of Metal with Neil Turbin. Joey B. fit in well though. Thank you and Aloha friend!!
Great memory! I used to listen to this album repeatedly on the bus to school on my cassette walkman. I always looked forward to Gung-ho because I thought it was so fast and heavy. Lol

Keep doing more Anthrax! Also do you have any advice for someone starting out learning how to play solos?
You can practice pretty much anything if you understand the timing and play it slow enough. Learn the theory behind rhythm and timing and then work hard to be able to play licks with a metronome. Start slow and just keep at it. Technique takes time and gets smoother and smoother the longer you play. Also learn your fretboard. Stuff gets easier to understand and use if you know the fretboard.
