The ending of this piece is the best part of the tutorial and best way of teaching it to beginners! Would be great if you could use this method for everything. Would be a game changer!!!
I have watched so many of your videos and I still don't understand which notes you can play with the right hand. It's always the same chords, but when you get to improvising you play additional notes. Could you please make a video specifically about the right hand notes? At first I thought you were playing the blue scale, but you play additional notes. It would be awesome if you made a video about that.
Boy Jay, this is a lot but you break it down so well. More to add to my practice cue! Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I know it was a lot of work. Bill
Really good tutorial. I have taken your tutorial and developed these ideas into a full-blown boogie piece of my own. Boogie Woogie is pure mathematics of musical fragment combinations.
Great to see another fantastic video from the best Boogie instructor on UA-cam!!! Jay your videos are "looking" as great as the instruction. (Like some of the "olde time" section breaks). I am going to fool myself into believing that a yr ago when I suggested that all the odd fonts and rainbow colors were distracting and athematic - you actually took that suggestion into consideration. We'll probably not - but .... in any case - your are putting out EXCEPTIONAL content. THANK YOU!!!!!
Love your lesson structure and explanation…would really like to learn some slow blues with left hand chord accompany with right hand runs and licks if you have any lessons on that topic🎹❤
HI Jay - great video, I've been practising this routine for a while now and definitely gettting somewhere. At around 7seconds you play a little intro progression - any chance you share the chords or notation for that please?
East or West Jay is the best BW Piano Tutor. Thanks a lot.
Nice👍🎹😎

How to order videos by date (or sequence #’s)
Are you sure your chord labels for G9 and F9 are correct? They don't include the G note, or an F note, respectively.??
but left hand is absolute NOT Easy , absolute wrong , special when you play both hands impossible for beginners
