Hi, I am Dr Neha Mehta,I welcome you all to my UA-cam channel. I am a clinical psychologist based in Hisar, Haryana.
I am working with My Fit Brain from past many years. We provide, Child counselling, Career Counselling, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Overcome, Marriage counselling, online therapy and many more treatments.
In this video, I am going to discuss with you what is counselling? How it is different from Normal Talk. Counselling is a process in which two individuals are involved to resolve the problems of a particular person in a systematic manner.
There are four major foundation stone of Counselling
1. Confidentiality
2. Non-Judgemental
3. Techniques Used in Counselling
4. Professionalism
One thing a person should keep in mind that counselling is not limited to normal discussion and it does not give quick solution because it is a gradual process which gives results after some duration especially in Marriage Counselling and Child Counselling. Counselling should take the time of 45-50 Minutes. If it is getting long you can opt for another session.

I use to councelling with my friends . When they need help .
I am not expert in counselling but I helped anyone when they share problems with me and I keep to myself.
