January was fine, got a decent amount of books read that month, February crushed me, and most of March I was still in that slump, but this last week I have picked up my reading again, you're the first video on Booktube I've watched in a while now (over a month). Still adjusting to get my channel back up, 50 hour workweeks and starting each of the workdays at 2.30 AM is not ideal but I'm almost at the point it balances out again. Might start with a Tag one, just to get back into it. Luckily I'm not the only one who has a slump and a booktubeburn. Best wishes and happily awaiting the new stuff from your channel.
I just hit a wall in March. I powered through it as best I could, but my reading progress dipped significantly after a stellar January and February. I am looking at April to turn it around, and I hope you are able to pull through as well! Looking forward to whenever you feel up to posting again. Best of luck! Thanks for watching! :)
Thanks so much! My TBR for April has a wide selection of reads in various genres, so there is sure to be some good stuff there. Thanks for watching! :)
I have been giving up on books a lot more this year as well. I have given up one book each month so far. (*knocks on wood that it changes for April) I have pulled out now, so hopefully it is smooth sailing from here. Thanks for watching! :)
Hey there, first time viewing and new sub. I take breaks from making vides and booktube all the time. I find it's a lot easier to do them when you actually want to do them and enjoy it. I've forced myself before but I think it honestly just makes things worse lol.
That is a fair thought! I have had times before where I have no idea what to do for a video so I just skip it, but this time was just all around awful. I didn't want to read or watch booktube or anything. That gap away, along with powering through the books I was struggling on, helped rejuvenate me, so I can hopefully dive back into things. Thanks for watching and subbing! :)

Glad to see you’re coming back! Slumps happen but that just makes it all the better when they’re over 😊
Yeah, it was a long process, or maybe it just seemed that way to me. It is good to be back. Thanks for watching! :)
Booktube can definitely be draining! Like you said, sometimes you just gotta take a break from booktube and books in general.
Yep! And that is what I did, even though it pained me to do it. lol Thanks for watching! :)
Sometimes ya need to take a break and you should! No slump here but I have DNF’d way more books than usual. Congrats on 300 subs!☺️📚

Bit of a slump here as well. Maybe it is daylight savings?? That always messes with my brain😂
Maybe! I have noticed a bunch of booktubers have been dealing with slumps. It apparently hit all of us. Thanks for watching! :)
