Sometimes lack of sleep can be caused by a lack of electrolytes, which are also depleted by stress. I started on magnesium glycinate form of magnesium and the sleep is getting better. Note that most magnesium on the store shelves is magnesium OXIDE and thats almost useless.

I notice a big improvement with RL therapy-I only use the bed at the gym though…do you use something at home?
I noticed my face texture/fine lines changes most when I stop using the RL-then I really notice the differences.
It's amazing,, isn't it? I wish I knew about it earlier. I bought a Mito Pro 1500 for home so I can use it every day. I did a lot of research on all the different lights, and ended up going with Mito. The one I got is a large panel that I hung on my closet door. It's pricey, but I considered it an investment and wanted to use it for aches & pains in my body also. I have a discount link & code up there in the info section if you are interested. I think the lights range from $200 and go way up. My sauna place has the table top version, and that covers my face & neck at the same time.

How long each session. And how many days per week? Please
I am doing 10 minutes per day, which is what the manufacturer suggests, so other brands could be different. I usually do every day, although I've read that 6 days a week will give good results. Now that I have a good habit established, I may go down to 6 days.
